How this works
Use the form below to make a complaint, including complaints about how your personal data is handled. We confirm receipt by email with a reference number. For data-protection complaints we send a substantive reply within 30 days of receipt; for everything else we aim to reply within one working day.
You can also email complaints@odel-labs.com — the same timescales apply. If you are unhappy with our response to a data-protection complaint, you have the right to raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint at any time.
